Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for the home owners.
• Update the CRM system logging defects or closing them down.
• Manage complaints effectively and coordinate resolutions.
• Book in engineers to carry out work at properties.
• Log issues and escalate them to the management team.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure consistency.
• Report to the customer service manager on progress and issues.
