Job summary

Santander Huddersfield branch is seeking a Customer Service Consultant. You will support personal banking customers, helping them get the most from digital banking while delivering a personalised, human experience that builds trust and loyalty.

You will handle face-to-face, telephone and video interactions, resolve queries, and proactively identify the best products and services for customers. This is a 12-month FTC role based in Huddersfield.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels.
• Experience supporting customers with financial products or services.
