Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for the Ayr TSB branch on a 12-month FTC. You will support personal banking customers across face-to-face, telephone and video channels, helping them use digital banking while delivering a personalised, human service to build trust.

The role requires experience in multi-channel customer service and an ability to identify suitable products, with a strong emphasis on digital adoption and a high-quality customer experience.
