Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment? We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to be the friendly face and first point of contact for this busy student accommodation in central Manchester.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of our accommodation. From answering queries and supporting move‑ins to arranging parcels post and deliveries!

  • Providing professional, friendly support to students, visitors, and contractors.
  • Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person with efficiency and care.
  • Arranging post, deliveries and parcels to each and every student.
  • Helping organise events that bring the student community together.

What we’re looking for :

  • Previous experience in customer service or administration.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
  • Organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a busy environment.
