A leading gaming venue in Leeds is seeking a dedicated individual to manage daily operations. You will welcome customers, ensure venue cleanliness, handle cash securely, and enforce age restrictions. Position Summary
Support the day-to-day operation of a licensed gaming venue. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, maintaining venue cleanliness, performing minor repairs, handling customer concerns, ensuring legal compliance by challenging anyone under 25, managing cash handling and daily float, offering promotions, and supporting the MSA engineer in standard maintenance, sales targets, and holiday coverage.
Carry out duties while minimising risk to yourself and cash equipment in your possession. Ensure utmost security of cash, machine keys and company property. Do not leave cash or keys unattended or with unauthorised persons.
Adhere to all company health and safety practices. Report potential hazards; take appropriate action through the representative or other agencies. Ensure work conforms to current legislation and regulations.
Attend required meetings, including 1:1 business reviews with the Service Supervisor. Promote the company among internal and external personnel.
Maintain conduct that reflects favourably on the company and a presentable appearance. Create a good working environment, support team commitment, and help meet training needs. Attend meetings and training courses as required. Work efficiently and effectively with peers.
