A UK retail savings bank is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for its Canterbury branch. This role involves building rapport with customers, processing various banking transactions, and supporting customer feedback. Candidates should have previous experience in customer service and cash handling, along with GCSEs in Maths and English. The position offers a starting salary of £23,000 and a range of benefits including private medical insurance and 28 days of annual leave.

As Customer Service Assistant, you will have the opportunity to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service whilst completing various banking transactions in our Canterbury branch.
The hours of work will be 35 hours per week to be worked between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, plus a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month from 9am - 12.30pm. Time back in lieu will be given for Saturdays worked. The role involves interacting and supporting a varied cohort of customers and problem solving.
