• Progressing orders and keeping the customer and key account managers up to date.
• Chasing suppliers via phone/email.
• Arranging for collections and returns of orders.
• Updating internal Sales System with Supplier Order Acknowledgements.
• Answering calls and responding to emails.
• General administrative duties.
• Greeting customers.
• Loading of Customer Orders
• Checking Supplier Order Acknowledgements
