Job summary

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship path to a Business Administration Level 3.
• Structured training with employer and Chesterfield College Group.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders over the phone, by email, and enter into the CRM system.
• Take card payments where necessary.
• Liaise with customers on courier issues and arrange credits/returns.
• Maintain data quality through CRM and database cleansing.
• Provide product information to customers and prospects.
• Assist with online chat and responding to email enquiries.
• Request additional information as needed to process inquiries.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Departmental Manager.
