A prominent education institution in Barnsley is seeking a Customer Service Practitioner. This role involves delivering high-quality service to customers, understanding their needs, and adhering to service standards. Candidates will undertake on-site training and must complete an Intermediate Technical Certificate in Customer Service. The role of a Customer Service Practitioner is to deliver a high-quality service to the business’ customers. The post holder will influence the customer experience and their satisfaction within the business at the Fleets.
Delivery to be completed on-site and 6 hours per week off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work.
Student to complete an Intermediate Technical Certificate as a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2.
