The business is currently expanding its digital platform and growing the delivery team to support ongoing development. With a team of 50 staff, this is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, ambitious travel company at an exciting time of growth and transformation.
A Customer Service and Travel Advisor is required to join the East London, Whitechapel team to manage customer bookings and deliver excellent service. The successful candidate will provide support across all aspects of the customer journey, liaise with suppliers, and assist with general office duties.
