  • Location: Office based, Ringwood, Hampshire
  • Salary: From £20,000 per annum, dependent on experience
  • Shifts: Operational hours between 06:30-22:30, covering early, day, and late shifts

We are expanding our call handling team at Careline Support Ltd and are seeking a personable, motivated, and diligent individual to join our full-time team.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming calls from retired homeowners, including emergencies, fire alarms, security calls, or friendly chats
  • Logging calls accurately in our CRM system
  • Remaining alert and ready for the next call
  • Maintaining a flexible, friendly, and responsive approach
