Customer Service Advisor – Order Processing

Rochdale

£12.30 per hour • Temporary to Permanent • Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) • Immediate start available

Responsibilities
  • Accurately process and input customer orders
  • Update delivery details and track order progress
  • Check stock availability and liaise with the warehouse team
  • Handle customer queries by phone and email in a professional manner
  • Provide product and order support to customers
  • Carry out general administration and data entry tasks
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience (ideally within order processing)
