Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a 3-6 month contract to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inquiries across live chat, phone, email and social media, ensuring high-quality service.

You'll work across departments to resolve issues, improve customer experience, and apply training to deepen product knowledge while maintaining professional, courteous communication.

• Engaging with customers daily in a polite, professional manner.
• Assisting customer with all queries regarding product advise and general customer service queries.

• Utilise ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and deliver top-notch service.
