Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking a German - Customer Service Advisor for a 3- to 6-month contract. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling product advice and order issues across live chat, phone, email and social media.

Required are strong English and German skills, a proactive, professional approach, and a willingness to learn. Shift rotation between 8am–8pm, with 1 in 3 weekend work, starting 26 October.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries across multiple channels (email, phone, live chat, social media).

• Utilise ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and service quality.
