THG Ingenuity is seeking a German-English Customer Service Advisor for a 3-6 month, office-based role at Gadbrook Park, Northwich. You will handle inquiries across live chat, phone, email and social media, assisting customers with product advice and order issues.

The role requires strong written and verbal English and German, a proactive approach, and collaboration with other teams to deliver outstanding service. Shifts rotate 8am-8pm with 1 in 3 weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German in written and spoken form is required.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.
• Able to manage inquiries across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries across emails, live chat, phone and social media.
• Address product advice and order-related issues with professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service.
• Meet department targets while maintaining high quality of contact.
