Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a fixed-term contract (3–6 months) at Gadbrook Park, Northwich. You will handle inquiries across live chat, phone, email and social media, ensuring outstanding service while supporting product advice and order resolution. Shifts are 1pm-9pm or 3pm-11pm.

Start dates in early November. You will be part of a dynamic team, reflecting THG’s values and delivering quality customer interactions across channels.

• Use training to deepen product knowledge and deliver top-notch service.
