Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking a Fixed Term - Customer Service Advisor to join our customer care team in the UK. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers across live chat, phone, email and social media, resolving product questions and order issues. The contract is 3–6 months with shifts from 8am to 8pm and a 1 in 3 weekend rotation.

• Handle inquiries across emails, phones, live chat and social media.
• Work toward department targets while maintaining quality at each contact.
• Engage with customers daily in a polite, professional manner.
• Assist customers with product advice and general queries.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service.
• Utilise ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and deliver top-notch service.
