Job summary

THG Ingenuity in Northwich is seeking a Fixed Term - Customer Operations Advisor for 3-6 months to act as the central contact for resolving customer and site issues. You will handle invoices and refunds and engage directly with customers on our websites and social platforms.

Join a supportive team with brand training and practical tasks focused on delivering professional service. Shifts are Mon–Fri 8am–4pm with a 1 in 4 weekend; start date in November.

Responsibilities

• Working with Customer Service to resolve customer and site issues through ticket management.
• Build and maintain working relationships across departments.
• Manage customer invoices.
• Investigate, approve, or reject customer refund requests with attention to detail and fairness.
• Respond to product and app reviews to enhance customer engagement.
• Respond to customer questions on THG beauty websites.
• Administrative tasks by reviewing adverts to ensure guidelines are met and supporting members.
• Monitor member-to-member messages to maintain a safe environment and handle support messages.
