Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our client, passionate about delivering an exceptional experience across global markets. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys building relationships while solving problems in a fast-paced setting.

This permanent role offers hybrid working from Kingsbury, Greater London, with a 39-hour week: Mon-Thu 8:45am-5:00pm and Fri 8:45am-4:30pm.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' customer service experience in a commercial/technical/manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail when processing orders and specs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for customers and support order processing.
• Process customer orders accurately and enter specifications into the system.
• Contact customers to clarify information and resolve queries about orders, products or services.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
