Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries with professional advice.
• Build strong relationships and ensure customers receive excellent service.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to customers.
• Communicate with customers via telephone and email and provide required information.
• Support various departments with day-to-day administration and enquiries.
• Update customer records and maintain internal databases accurately.
• Ensure queries are resolved efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Manage a varied workload in a busy, customer-focused environment.
