A recruitment firm is seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to provide exemplary support to customers in the German speaking markets. This full-time remote role requires fluency in German, strong communication skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction. As a German Speaking Account Coordinator / Claims Advisor it will be your responsibility to work with customers, primarily those based in the German speaking region and covering the German speaking markets, providing excellent customer service via phone and email ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of up to £30,000 + attractive company benefits.
Contract - 3 Months (strong possibility of becoming permanent)
