Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract at our Bicester site. You will support internal and external customers regarding parcel collection or delivery, and work closely with Drivers and Operations Managers to resolve issues.

Key requirements include fast-paced customer service experience, excellent communication and a professional telephone manner, plus strong admin skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer queries about delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Conduct investigations for missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
• Work with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues and take ownership of resolving them.
