Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to support parcel collection and delivery inquiries. You will work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues, take ownership, and provide timely resolutions.

A key focus will be handling delivery status inquiries, POD requests, and escalations. The role requires strong communication, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to go the extra mile for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Polite and professional at all times with willingness to go the extra mile.
• Strong administrative skills and ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with delivery or collection inquiries and provide PODs.
• Collaborate with Drivers, Shift Managers and Ops Managers to identify and resolve issues.
• Investigate missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
• Promote company products and services to customers.
