Job summary

DPD in Maidstone is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join our busy team, supporting customers with parcel collection or delivery and working closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers.

You will handle delivery status queries, provide PODs, investigate missing parcels, resolve disputes, and promote DPD products and services. The role is MON-FRI with occasional Saturdays, offering a competitive salary and strong benefits.

• Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
