DPD Group UK in Southall is looking for a proactive customer service assistant to support parcel collection and delivery. You will work with drivers, shift managers and operations managers to resolve issues and keep customers informed.

Responsibilities include handling delivery status queries, providing POD, investigating missing parcels, and promoting DPD services to customers. Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

• Polite and professional at all times with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Excellent administration skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office programmes.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative to effectively problem solve.

Mansioni

• Assist internal and external customers regarding parcel collection or delivery.
• Collaborate with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify and resolve issues.
• Answer queries about delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Investigate missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
• Promote company products and services to customers.
