DPD Group in Basingstoke is hiring a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to support both internal and external customers with parcel collection and delivery queries. You will work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues and take ownership of resolving them.

You will handle delivery status inquiries, provide Proof of Delivery, investigate missing parcels and resolve disputes, while promoting DPDS products and services.
