Job summary

DPD UK is seeking a Customer Services Advisor for the Newbury area on a 6 Month FTC, 37.5 hours per week. The role focuses on supporting customers with parcel delivery, resolving issues, and providing PODs.

You will collaborate with Drivers and Operations Managers to address problems and deliver excellent service. This position requires experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, confident telephone communication, and a professional, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Answer queries on delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
