Job summary

DPD UK is hiring for a customer service role in Milton Keynes, offering a 6-month FTC and 37.5 hours per week. The salary is up to £25,500 with benefits, with occasional Saturdays.

You will work closely with drivers and operations teams in a fast-paced environment, resolving delivery issues and supporting customers to ensure a world-class service as part of the UK's sustainable delivery network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and a confident telephone manner.
• Polite, professional, and ready to go the extra mile.
• Strong administrative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery.
• Collaborate with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues and resolve them.
• Answer queries on delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Investigate missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
• Promote DPD products and services to customers.
