DPD in Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to handle inbound/outbound enquiries related to parcel collection and delivery. You will collaborate with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues and resolve them efficiently.

You’ll focus on delivery status queries, POD provision, missing parcels investigations, and promoting DPD products and services to customers. A fast-paced environment with clear progression opportunities.
