You will need a professional telephone manner, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365. You will own interactions, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to customer retention while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Proven background in a customer service role, ideally in a call centre or similar environment.
• Professional telephone manner with excellent people skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and general IT proficiency.
