A leading online retailer in Dewsbury seeks Customer Service Advisors to provide exceptional service. The role involves handling inquiries via phone and email, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive attitude. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and IT skills. This position offers a temp to perm contract, transitioning to permanent after 12 weeks. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1700.
Customer Service Advisors required to join an online retailer based in central Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.
