Customer Service Advisor - Scunthorpe (Full‑Time, Office‑Based)

About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be central to ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Working closely with the Sales and Transport teams, you'll help deliver a seamless service and maintain strong customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Communicating with customers and internal teams via phone and email (inbound and outbound) to resolve queries promptly
  • Taking bookings and managing service requests
  • Handling customer concerns and escalating issues where appropriate
  • Accurately updating internal systems with all relevant information
  • Supporting wider team operations to ensure the best outcome for customers
  • General administrative duties as required
  • Flexibility to support additional tasks during busy periods or staff absence
