Job Role – Bodyshop Service Advisor

Job Location – Near Salisbury

Salary – Negotiable depending on experience

You will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and care at all times for vehicle repair. Always delivering an excellent experience to all, whether internal or external customers.

Main duties for Bodyshop Advisor include:

  • Meet & Greet customers, offer drinks, handle inquiries
  • Load new notifications and contact clients
  • Keep database up to date with communications and notes
  • Book clients in for repairs
  • Perform various admin tasks such as updating online portals, sending update spreadsheets to work providers, creating weekly data on CSI complaints, job conversion rates, and conducting pre- and post-sweep checks, GDPR compliance
  • Maintain reception standards, capture data for minor retail work, upload images to Autoflow, liaise with estimators, document damages, and update the database

About you:

  • Previous experience as a Bodyshop Advisor, Administrator, or Controller
  • Confident with a strong understanding of workshop processes and team management
  • Full driving license
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy bodyshop environment
