Job summary

Halfords is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in the Glasgow area. You will be the welcoming face for customers, handle job bookings in our in‑house system and discuss any technical concerns they may have.

The role demands IT literacy, a proven customer service track record, and the ability to work toward targets. A full driving licence (less than 9 points) is required for vehicle collection and delivery. 44 hours per week, with a favourable bonus program.

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate and able to use in-house systems.
• Experience working toward and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Full driving licence with fewer than 9 points for vehicle collection/delivery.
