Job summary

Halfords Garage Services is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in the UK. You will greet customers, book jobs in our in-house system, and discuss any technical concerns they may have.

The role supports a busy, customer-centric environment at our Fusion centres, with an emphasis on delivering a first-class experience. The position offers a strong base salary in the £30,810–£34,060 range, with an uncapped bonus scheme and average yearly additional earnings around £2,900, plus an on-target earnings

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate and capable with in-house booking systems.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with less than 9 points.

• On-target earnings up to £36,960
• Comprising a base salary of £30,810 - £34,060
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £2,900 per year.
• 5 days a week / 44 hours per week (closed on Sunday's)
