Job summary

Halfords is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face for customers, managing bookings in our in-house system and addressing technical questions. The role offers a base salary in the £29k–£32k range with an uncapped monthly bonus and potential OTE up to £34,440.

Working five days a week (center closed Sundays), the role includes delivery/collection of vehicles and benefits such as a comprehensive discount program and progression opportunities within Halfords.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
• IT literate
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
• Experience working towards and achieving targets
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment
• Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles

• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £2,200 per year.
