Job summary

Halfords Group PLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at our Glasgow Autocentre. You’ll greet customers, book jobs in the internal system and discuss technical concerns, ensuring a smooth service experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate and comfortable with in-house systems.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with fewer than 9 points, as role involves collection/delivery of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and handle job bookings in our in-house system.
• Discuss technical concerns with customers and provide clear guidance.
• Support colleagues to meet targets and ensure a smooth service experience.

• Comprising a base salary of £31,000
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £3,900 per year.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have.
