Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in the UK to warmly greet customers, take bookings in our in-house system, and address any technical questions they may have. The role requires a friendly, customer-focused approach and IT literacy to operate our systems.

We offer a base salary of £30,000–£32,240 with an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £2,200 per year. On-target earnings up to £34,440. Applicants should have a full driving licence with fewer than 9 points.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate and able to use in-house systems.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with less than 9 points.
