Halfords is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for its Autocentre team in Chiswick, Greater London. You will welcome customers, manage bookings in our in-house system, and discuss any technical concerns they have.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles.

• Comprising a base salary of £30,810 - £34,060
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £2,900 per year.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have.
