Job summary

Halfords in Ipswich is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet customers, manage bookings in our in-house system and address technical questions.

You'll join a team at the Autocentres business area, enjoy a generous benefits package and an uncapped bonus scheme, with typical extra earnings around £2,900 per year.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate and comfortable using in-house systems.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driver's licence with less than 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and handle bookings in our in-house system.
• Discuss technical concerns with customers.
• Coordinate vehicle collection and delivery as required.
• Assist in achieving service targets.
