Job summary

Halfords is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in the UK. You’ll greet customers, book services in the in-house system and address any technical questions they have. The role operates 44 hours per week across five days, with Sunday closures, and offers an uncapped bonus scheme.

You’ll benefit from a base salary of £30,000 with on-target earnings up to £32,900, plus numerous staff discounts and financial wellbeing options.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate and able to use in-house systems.
• Experience handling difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with fewer than 9 points as transport is involved.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face for customers and handle job bookings in the in-house system.
• Discuss technical concerns with customers and provide solutions.
• Contribute to a high standard of customer care and service delivery.

• On-target earnings up to £32,900
• Comprising a base salary of £30,000
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £2,900 per year.
• 5 days a week / 44 hours per week (this centre is closed on Sunday's)
