Job summary

Halfords Garage Services is looking for a Customer Service Advisor at one of our Fusion centres, offering a first‑class customer experience and a modern working environment.

You will handle bookings in our in‑house system, discuss technical concerns with customers and play a key role as we expand our motoring services.

We offer an uncapped bonus scheme, a base salary of £30,000–£32,240, and on‑target earnings up to £34,440, plus generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles.

• On-target earnings up to £34,440
• Comprising a base salary of £30,000 - £32,240
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £2,200 per year.
