Job summary

Halfords is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor at our Stretford site in Greater Manchester. You will handle job bookings in our in-house system and discuss technical concerns with customers, acting as the welcoming face of the business.

The role is 44 hours per week across five days, with an uncapped monthly bonus scheme and an on-target earning potential up to £32,900. A base salary of £30,000 and staff discounts apply as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate with ability to use in-house systems.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with minimal points.

Responsibilities
