A leading UK retail company is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor for an office-based role in Solihull. The successful candidate will support their team in handling customer queries via telephone and email, maintaining records, and reporting. Solid GCSEs in English and Maths are required, alongside strong organization skills and a positive attitude. This full-time role includes a competitive salary and benefits such as a 15% staff discount.
Office-based role in Monkspath - Solihull, West Midlands. £25,396.80 starting salary, 30 days annual leave, 15% staff discount. Full time, 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. You will also work one Saturday approximately every three weeks (for which you will receive a day in lieu).

The Customer Service department is an essential part of our business and as a Customer Service Advisor you will be required to support your team in all aspects of their daily operations including; answering telephone queries and complaints from customers and shops, responding to emails, postal duties, accurate record keeping and reporting.
Our ideal candidate can effectively use Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, alongside our in‑house software (don't worry, we'll train you!). You'll have solid GCSEs (or equivalent) with at least a B in English and Maths.
