Salary: £27,000-£29,500 (Dependent on experience)

We are looking for an experienced individual to join us as a Team Leader in our National Operations Centre, based in Castle Donington. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of customer service advisors, ensuring exceptional performance and continuous personal growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach team members, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Experience of leading people is essential.
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
  • Plan, organise, and manage daily team activities and projects, ensuring successful and timely completion.
  • Act as the key point of contact between the team and senior management, facilitating clear communication.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on team performance against key metrics, driving improvements where necessary.
