Overview
Customer Service Advisor – Shift Times: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm. 37.5-hour week. Location: West Strand Business Park in Preston, PR1 8UY. Pay Rate: £12.60 (after 12 weeks) starting on £12.21. This role supports the TFC campaign and involves supporting families and helping them through Tax-Free Childcare (TFC).
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, resolving queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure we meet customer service goals.
- Support families and explain the Tax-Free Childcare (TFC) scheme as required.
What we are looking for
- Ideally you will have worked in a customer service role before, but training and support are provided for newcomers or those changing careers.
- A positive attitude and a can-do spirit
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to new situations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
