The role

As the newest member of the team, you would join Sam and Chelsey to handle online orders and provide exceptional customer service from order through to delivery.

With every order processed through our website, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, communicating with customers, managing order issues, and keeping records up to date.

No two days are the same in this role, and you’ll need to be comfortable juggling priorities, speaking to customers, and working as part of a small team to get things right.

Your typical day will include
  • Processing incoming online orders, ensuring all details are accurate
  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Handling issues and challenges related to orders, deliveries, or products
  • Communicating with customers about order updates, delivery details, and any potential issues
  • Ensuring orders are correct and payment is processed before dispatch
  • Maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to date
  • Supporting the wider team with general admin tasks as required

  • Enjoy learning new things and taking on more responsibility as the business grows
  • Experience in customer service, sales admin, or online retail would be a plus, but it’s your attitude and approach that matter most.
