Overview

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for our fast-growing manufacturing client, who offer sustainability and opportunities to develop within the company.

The main purpose of the role is to provide technical support duties and be the first point of contact for responding to any breakdowns and emergency calls from engineers and end users.

Requirements
  • Proven experience providing excellent customer service and administration, ideally within the manufacturing sector
  • Have a good understanding of technical information and the ability to retain information
  • Proven experience of being able to resolve issues
  • Competent with the use of MS Office applications
  • Hold excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work under pressure whilst prioritising workloads
Responsibilities
  • Coordinating all incoming queries and service repairs
  • Handling incoming calls and emails and liaising with customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Understand the customer requirements and show a good technical aptitude combined with the ability to give advice by telephone
  • Interpret and explain technical information and instructions
  • Handling of day-to-day administration duties for the service and management team

Salary & Working Hours

£26,786 plus bonus per annum

Monday to Friday working shifts between 8am and 6pm and Saturdays rota 9am – 12pm
