A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide technical support and be the first point of contact for engineers and end users. The role involves handling inquiries, maintaining communication, and performing administrative tasks. We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for our fast-growing manufacturing client, who offer sustainability and opportunities to develop within the company.

The main purpose of the role is to provide technical support duties and be the first point of contact for responding to any breakdowns and emergency calls from engineers and end users.
£26,786 plus bonus per annum
Monday to Friday working shifts between 8am and 6pm and Saturdays rota 9am – 12pm
