Job summary

Culina Group in Rugby is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. You will provide excellent service to customers, handle orders and daily returns, and assist with admin tasks to support teams across the business.

Working hours are 9am-5pm, any 5 in 7 days. You will be the point of contact for queries, manage delivery times, update clients on orders, and help produce timely reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and ability to build rapport.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Excellent organisational skills in busy environments.
• Flexible and adaptable to peak periods.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customer queries.
• Respond to customer service emails.
• Communicate delivery times and options to clients.
• Update clients on previous orders.
• Handle daily customer returns.
• Prepare and circulate reports to stakeholders.
• Record non-conformances and feed back with corrective actions.
• Support other admin tasks as needed.
