Job summary

The Account Administrator role at Culina is based in Corby and offered as a full-time fixed-term contract for 12-14 months. You will join the Client Service team to deliver accurate daily tasks and high-quality customer service during order processing, returns handling and data reporting.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with a salary of £26,409 per annum. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication and IT literacy across MS Office applications.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience is desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work using own initiative.
• IT literate with knowledge surrounding MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Management of client queries and logging issues with site accordingly.
• Assist with creating and circulating reports for Returns and E.fulfilment within deadlines.
• Manage client inbox and respond to emails professionally.
• Support Merchandisers and key contacts with stock, orders and inquiries.
• Process corrections on orders and issue re-work instructions.
• Manage back orders and intraday communications.
• Support Wholesale despatches and keep labeling guidance updated.
